Obvious descent in dementia? Dude, Trump is running circles around the Democrats and shows no signs of slowing down! You may not like his policies but claiming he's in an obvious descent into dementia is laughable. I can only hope I'm as sharp at his age. The health of the President supersedes doctor/patient privilege.

If he was provided any sort of cover from that privilege he wouldn't have to plead the 5th.

All you have to do is get the court to agree to that and there is no court case yet.

Now if Congress pardons him from prosecution related to any criminal activity involved with the Biden records, he then could not plead the 5th and would be compelled to answer their questions.

Silly is not dementia, John! You don't have to like Trump to admit that he's in full command of his faculties. Right now he's checking off campaign promises one by one. Quite frankly I've never seen anything like it. I think he learned his lesson in his first term not to load his Cabinet up with Washington "insiders"! This time around he's got a group of people who want to see change rather than a group of people secretly working behind the scenes from having change take place! I'm excited to see what they can do over the next 3 1/2 years.

Stage 4 cancer? Hate to break it to you but he had a small nodule and never denied it. I know of more than a few people that have cancer and refuse to lie down and just give up. There is your answer to your question. If that's all that is bothering you about Biden then I would say things look very cheery. But will say this, it doesn't matter if he was a good or bad president (he is listed as about average) would I invite him for supper? Carter was a really, really bad President but one hell of a nice guy. Reagan (no matter of his shortcomings as President) would be a delightful dinner guest.

Now, that being said, I refuse to vote for a Felon who is even more evil than his arrest record. And I damn well won't invite him for dinner unless he's the main feature on the Cannibal's lunch menu.
