Biden thinks he can get away with taking our guns simply by signing a piece of paper. He's trying to get the court to go along with it.
This is the Democrat/Communist Party's wet-dream.

It's strange at the very instant Biden is calling cops white supremacists he's also trying to give them the power to do warrantless searches for guns. Give a Democrat an inch and he'll abuse that privilege. They'll simply apply this rule to our homes and everything else we own.

A joint amicus brief filed by the ACLU, Cato Institute, and American Conservative Union warned of the constitutional dangers that would follow if the Supreme Court extends the "community caretaking" exception.
"Extending the 'community caretaking' exception to warrantless searches of the home would allow police officers to bypass the Fourth Amendment's restrictions in a startling array of circumstances," the organizations warned.
"These are not theoretical concerns. In both state and federal courts, everything from loud music to leaky pipes have been used to justify warrantless invasion of the home. Allowing ill-defined notions of 'community caretaking' to override the Fourth Amendment is unwise, unmanageable, and unnecessary, and it opens the door to abusive police conduct, including against those who most need society's protections," they continued.

old senile Joe, just flucking up left and right

The Constitution was made for the people to run their own lives. To depend only on themselves. And the law enforcers and the judge were only to help those to get a fair trial. But they were not made for to control the nation.
The authors of the Constitution knew that no one couldn't be trusted because it says in the Bible not to trust no one. And the Founders were Christians.
You guys keep on putting your faith in the police force. Strengthening them hoping that they will be your protection during the times of troubles.

Jeremiah 17:5
This is what the Lord says: “Cursed is the one who trusts in man, who draws strength from mere flesh and whose heart turns away from the Lord.

Even a brainless democrat must realize Joe is a tyrant and this is his line he will cross as he is that stupid. Try to remember Joe you put your pants on one leg at a time, you do it a lot slower than most ,and you have a snow ball's chance in Hell of taking anyone behind the gym and beating them up. This is where Americans draw the line and make sure their children will enjoy the same rights they grew up with. No matter what it will take or be worthless to your family and your countrymen. That wet dream is going to drown him.
