I'm sure this guy is a well respected doctor of history or whatever, but the welfare state doesn't even exist in the U.S. anymore, thanks to Bill Clinton and the Republicans in the early to mid 90s. You need your head examined!

Trump is inflicting death and illness on black people like no American President in history.

I am quite willing to let them make up their own minds. I have. I don't think trump is any kind of racist, but he does not disdain racists if they are a useful voting group and does not mind having the supremacists on his side for political purposes which means they stay in his good graces whether gives voice to any more than tolerance.
