And Republicans got about 9% of the black vote in the 2018 midterms, and with a 90% turnout rate, blacks overwhelmingly cited anger with Trump as their reason for voting:

Nearly 8 in 10 African-Americans said Trump made them "angry," while 85 percent of black women and 81 percent of black men said Trump made them feel "disrespected," according to the study. Similar majorities of African-American voters – 89 percent of women and 83 percent of men – said Trump's statements and policies will cause "a major setback to racial progress."

And that was without Biden on the ballot. Imagine the percentages against Trump once the choice is between him and the first black president’s second in command.

If Trump gets even 12% it's over for Democrats. Considering Joe Biden's record of imprisoning blacks and his latest "you ain't black" confession, coupled with Trump's great job market for blacks prior to COVID-19, I can see 12% easily.

What was so "great" about B. Hussein O? He really didn't seem to be that tremendously successful at all. The ACA didn't do what it was supposed to do. The Porkulus was supposed to provide Shovel Ready Jobs- didn't. Black people thought in January 2009 that their ship had come in, but it didn't at all- racial disparities and antagonism accelerated during the Obama years. Growth was anemic, America's influence declined. I can't think of an area of interest where Obama actually succeeded.
