I didn't see any plowing. What I saw was a truck slowly driving down the interstate and stopping like a fool.

I didn't see any plowing. What I saw was a truck slowly driving down the interstate and stopping like a fool.
None of the rioters were injured.

So the driver only committed attempted murder.
