in question (Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, Georgia) until Thursday to propose a way to fix the mess
they have caused. After that the court will set in themselves to address remedies, including simply vacating
the Biden votes in those states (which I believe is the only way to go).

Fortunately Texas, and the other states who have joined in this matter... Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, South Carolina and South Dakota, as of now, aren't going to lie down and
accept the theft of the highest office in the nation.

This is a constitutional matter and Biden and his minions have stepped in it. Why would you help bail them

No, I'm not thrilled about it, I just think it's too late. Congress and the State legislatures BOTH have the power to ensure that we have verifiable trustworthy elections, and they failed to take effective steps to have these measures in place prior to voting. I wish that were not the case, but, it's clear that it is. We know that we have cities where they steal the elections every year. Detroit, for example, hasn't had an honest election in generations. I'm fine with stationing Federal Agents in polling centers until they have the election systems in these cities cleaned up, and, Congress has the power to do so. The State Legislatures have the power to have the State Police posted, for example, in these cities were the vote counting was supposedly "stopped" until the poll watchers left, then they stole the election. Several of these States have GOP majority State Houses, where they have the power to post State Police, to make sure all systems are on the up and up who can guard the premises for as long as the election lasts.

These areas where election theft is an intergenerational issue should not have elongated voting seasons of a month or more. I'd make it election day, add what is necessary for military ballots only, and the counting is continuous, 24 hours a day, 3 shifts if necessary until all the ballots are counted.

But, these procedues were not in place, and had Trump won, we would have been satisfied with the procedures used.

Why? The State legislatures can implement these procedures and they do not require the President's signature. The GOP controlled both Houses of Congress and the Presidency for two years and did nothing.

We probably control enough State Legislatures/Governorships to ensure free and fair elections that control 270 ECV, so we can do this. 2024 we will likely control both Houses and the Presidency and we better make sure we get enforceable laws on the books that ensure free, fair and easily audited elections. How long have we been going along with the pile of crap that Democrat Voters as a group do not have access to ID when we know full well that they do?

I don't think they will do it. For one thing, BLM/Antifa will flood the streets assaulting, looting and burning our cities and we have already seen that our law enforcement/military will not only not step in and restore order, but they will likely arrest and prosecute citizens that defend themselves. Was the guy that shot and killed a Trump supporter in Denver even arrested? I don't believe he was. The guy that shot and killed a Trump supporter in Portland was only killed because Federal Agents tried to arrest him, the State and Local authorities had no intention of even arresting him.

Where are our US Attorneys? Why are they not going through all the social media feeds and arresting these folks for the systematic conspiracy to derive Americans of their fundamental rights, when it's clear that they are? They have professional signs, they are bussed and trucked in, bricks to throw are prepositioned, they have medical teams to treat their wounded. Can you imagine if we did something like that, everyone running it would already have trial dates set. Where is Barr?
