It sounds a bit like the fix is in. Either Biden’s babysitters will have two separate campaign speeches to address the jury verdict or, Merchan's jury instructions sealed a conviction and Biden will have advance knowledge of the verdict.

The seemingly obvious answer is that Merchan has rigged the jury with instructions that such that,

Sorry, this is a state based criminal trial. He had his day in court. He was allowed to present evidence. He is being judged by a jury of his peers....not the judge himself.

The jury understands that they have been given a pass such that even a split jury can agree on a conviction from the menu of “one from item A or one from item B.

Either way, any conviction will go to appeal and if eventually taken out of leftist New York, the game changes.

Shouldnt they be able to articulate what that crime is, and shouldnt they all be talking about the same crime? You dont want jurors to just make up crimes, do you?

Biden's main strategy, judging by how the Trump indictments have been choreographed, is to make it possible to describe Trump as a "convicted felon" during the Summer General Election campaign. HE should not be the one saying that, but every other Democrat and Media figure will do it for him.

I doubt very much that Biden could even articulate the "crime" Trump is charged with in New York. Even the prosecutor has been unable to do so thus far.

Regrettably, many polls indicate that Biden will get a significant bump when Trump is convicted, even though all of these cases are bullshit, and will be overturned on appeal.
