Biden is giving the 2nd highest civilian award to the leaders of the Jan. 6 congressional committee

Biden is RETRAOCTIVELY lamenting Garlands descisions AFTER the cases were sidelined by Trump's re-election...in what world can that possibly be construed as improper interference with DOJ's prosecution? :cuckoo:

When are you going to start to use your head already?

Biden is of course 100% correct Garland FAILED to prosecute Trump's crimes in timely manner and made serious mis-steps while wasting time on political considerations instead of simply prosecuting Trump like anyone else.

Softie Garland bent over backwards to show that the prosecution was independant by assigning special investigator that was so operationally independant from DOJ that the Trumptard judge in the case used it to dismiss the case, making the exotic argument that such independance was unconstitutional and Smith had no authority to bring the case.
you are a little late to the party....Xiden was furious in real time. he put the pressure on Garland to bring the political proseuctions against Trump. He knew he couldn't actually win in a fair election.

Biden angry at Garland, DOJ for not putting Trump on trial sooner: report

Aug 26, 2021 · It was the personally signed $25,000 check that landed then-presidential candidate Donald Trump in hot water—the check that sparked accusations that he had bribed Florida’s top prosecutor, Pam Bondi, with funds from his charity.

Once a grifter, ALWAYS a grifter.

It's hard to get more left than the Dailey Beast, just sayin'

Can or can't does not define interference.

President can do a lot of things, for proper or improper reasons.

You specifically claimed that Biden interfered in (now sidelined) DOJ's cases by recently faulting Garland for failing to bring cases against Trump to conclusion in a timely manner.

That calim nonsense obviously and nothing about Biden's ability to fire Garland changes that.
He was actively interfering in the case when it was happening. The entire political prosecutions were brought because Xiden knew he couldn't actually beat Trump in a campaign

:rolleyes-41:

Bottom line is that going after Trump has always been political from the start, not judicial

Thats just your baseless, counter-factual Trumptard assertion.

You'll keep repeating it no matter the facts.

Trump broke the laws and now has a number of civil and criminal convictions against him, with a number of additional criminal cases that have been suspended for a very POLITICAL reason of him winning 2024 election.

Well deserved. Well done, Liz and Bennie.

Hold all orange scoundrels culpable for their crimes.

Oh yes, well done. Good job on making a committee where NOBODY for Trump was allowed on the committee or to speak. A committee where people who spoke admitted they lied and were coerced by Liz.

Oh yea, job well done, komrade. You make Putin proud.

Nope. If you wanna ***** about something ***** about that Cheney and Thompson weren't exactly civilians when they were sitting on the committee that investigated J6. Anyhow, I doubt Biden gives a shit what you are bitching about.
i have no issue with members of Congress getting this award.

I do have a problem with corrupt members of congress, who engaged in criminal acts to enlist a political prosecution getting the award

President Joe Biden is bestowing the second highest civilian medal on Liz Cheney and Bennie Thompson, leaders of the congressional investigation into the Capitol riot who Donald Trump has said should be jailed for their roles in the inquiry.

Biden will award the Presidential Citizens Medal to 20 people in a ceremony Thursday at the White House, including Americans who fought for marriage equality, a pioneer in treating wounded soldiers, and two of the president's longtime friends, former Sens. Ted Kaufman, D-Del., and Chris Dodd, D-Conn.
It's something they can look at every day while they serve their sentences for treason.

What laws did he break? They were so full of holes they couldn't be prosecuted.
The Frankenstein one in New York will be overturned easily on Appeals if it ever get there.

Ask yourself this, Anthonie, if Trump had just gone away after 2020, do you think there would be
all these cases against him? No need to answer, because your ego wouldn't let you be honest openly.

The bottom line is Trump is............... and always will be, a criminal.
Since the 70's.

Being rich is not a crime. I know, shocking to the left.

Enriching yourself with private funds from personal decisions is also legal. Yea, you can become rich WITHOUT being corrupt and stealing money like the Bidens.

You can read the convictions on your own.

No, you were asked what laws did he break. The convictions are bullshit, WHAT LAWS DID HE BREAK? The bank he took the loan from testified they were fine with his valuation, there was no proof Trump got any different treatment than he would have had the valued the property like the DA wanted, the bank was paid back in full and said they would do business with Trump again.

So again, what law was broken here?
