Biden is of course 100% correct Garland FAILED to prosecute Trump's crimes in timely manner and made serious mis-steps while wasting time on political considerations instead of simply prosecuting Trump like anyone else.

Softie Garland bent over backwards to show that the prosecution was independant by assigning special investigator that was so operationally independant from DOJ that the Trumptard judge in the case used it to dismiss the case, making the exotic argument that such independance was unconstitutional and Smith had no authority to bring the case.

Trump "lit the fire" that became the J6 protest.
Not the stolen 2020 election now factually proven and admitted to being stolen.
Not the shock and awe bombs the capitol police started throwing into the peaceful crowd that got them all fired up.

All Trump did was give a farewell rally and point out the many unanswered but valid questions about the 2020 election which he disagreed with, as democrats have done many times.

That means that a president can be held accountable for his actions, if they later turn out to seemingly initiate negative and disastrous results for the country, even if there was nothing overtly wrong or criminal that he did at the time of his doing it. You know, like deliberately inviting in a wave of 20 million undocumented illegals now reigning hell upon the country. Or losing 300,000 children. Or doing nothing about a wave of drugs killing 80,000 Americans a year.

I HOPE JOSEPH ROBINETTE BIDEN IS AWARE OF THAT. In 18 days, he will be an unelected civilian again.
