This new information is HIGHLY likely to have been known before he dropped out of the race. How many people knew it? The doctor was quite confused as to how there is no real way his doctors didn't know this when he was still President as it is this advanced.
More will be coming to light as his White House looks to have been willing to let him win knowing he would die and let Harris take over without an election.
