Love C.S. Lewis, but struggling to reconcile this line ----- "They may be more likely to go to Heaven yet at the same time likelier to make a Hell of earth." I think the first part is based on appearances and is more so tongue in cheek. But his primary points of that passage bear a great truth and greatly resemble what political and media forces are doing with this climate change insanity to crush and cripple honest workers and poor people. None of them truly understand the primary purpose of life itself, IMO, or more likely, choose not to.

I only use the first part as my sig, but the second part stings just as hard.

Shutting down nuclear plants during this period.

Bag mandates, straw mandates, more and more divided recycling, all designed to make our lives harder for no real gain, or no real attempt at making it easier.
