Biden got $7.5 Billion to build EV charging stations two years ago. Zero have been built.

It is odd how people think the POTUS is responsible for building EV charging stations.
He's the one who said he was going to get it done!

"President Biden has long vowed to build 500,000 electric vehicle charging stations in the United States by 2030. Those stations, the White House said, would help Americans feel confident purchasing and driving electric cars, and help the country cut carbon pollution."

"But now, more than two years after Congress allocated $7.5 billion to help build out those stations, only 7 EV charging stations are operational across four states."

So, you think that the POTUS personally gets out there and builds them? Or do you view him more as the GC who just oversees them being built?

Then what is he? A figurehead for who? The WEF? Obama? WHO IS RUNNING THE COUNTRY?

The President is perhaps the CEO of the Executive Branch, but not the whole country.

The POTUS has little power over most things in the country.

Except when he can claim credit for anything. Gas prices go up - that's not his fault. Gas prices go down because he raids the strategic petroleum reserve --- he takes the credit. Worst "president" ever.

Tell us you know nothing about how gas prices are set without admitting you don't know shit about gas prices.

Well yes, every POTUS takes credit for things they have no power over and never take any blame for anything. Oddly enough the last one to come close to doing so was Bush II.

So far this century, every POTUS has been the the worst president ever. Bush II was worse than Clinton, Obama was worse than Bush II, Trump was worse than Obama and Biden so far has been worse than Trump.

This is what happens when the country is given the choice of being shot or being poisoned each election.

Two years of red tape? Roflmao, your excuse is pitiful
It is popular and necessary for some people to blame the federal government. However, the government is not the biggest problem. Yes, it takes about a year for federal government to develop the rules that state have to use. That's been done. So the ball is in the states court, well sort of.

You see, the states are not going to build charging stations, owner of businesses, public buildings, apartment complexes, condos, etc. are. The first thing you must do to get the funding is find a consultant to create plans for charging stations which meet the requirements of the local power company, local planning board, as well as state, and federal requirements. I've being trying to find someone for over 6 mos. I have contacted at least a dozens people and only one was interested but there would be a 6 mo. wait before he could do the work on the project because he had so much work.

Before you get plans done, you have to make quite a few decisions such as how many charging stations, charging level, what kind of charge back system you will need, placement, whether to network the devices, who will handle handle billing, and maintenance. Then you need to look at your available power and determine whether you will need addition power. Then your ready to do the plans

The next problem after you get the plans, is get approved by the local planning board, and the state and possibly the electric power company. Then and only do you get the grant to build the charging stations.

Even after you have the grant and approved plans, getting it built is not easy. There's a supply problem with most of the equipment as well as labor required to install and setup the equipment.

There is also problems that property owners must face such finding parking places to install chargers, providing for security, and deterring the number of chargers need, and selecting a charge back system.

Claiming it's a federal government problem is just not so.

No! The government IS the problem. They are the ones trying to force electric cars on everyone!
