What do you mean 7 months to plan? How do we know the Army would fall apart in 11 days... But saying that, things are going as well as could be expected... There are no Americans killed, it is more dangerous to be Alabama than Kabul right now..

Taliban haven't killed any Americans... they have Airport fully surrounded and are cooperating with US army...

Again What would you do and stay inside the withdrawal agrement signed by Trump administration.
