I love the way Joe stirs his dipshit base up by telling them he's going to charge rich corporations 28% instead of 21%. At the same time he says that large corporations pay 0 taxes. So in the end, 21% or 28% of zero is still zero. It's the breaks and favors that he spent 40 years writing into the tax code that allowed his campaign donors to pay nothing in taxes and he doesn't have the balls to change that. He's just pulling a bait and switch and depending on his asshole media allies to justify everything he says. Nothing new here.
