Love him or hate him you gotta give Biden credit. This has been an Epic spring session for congress. Joseph Biden has steered, not one, but
two transformative pieces of legislation through the House and Senate.
While the Republicans build memes and gaslight their party with tweets the Democrats were hard at work behind the scenes aligning their party members around the things that mattered:
Infrastructure, Prescription Costs, Tax Fairness, Environment, Energy Policy.

What were the Republicans doing? Well, important stuff like
defending insurrection, passing unconstitutional state laws against free speech, and celebrating a very undemocratic movement in red states to ban abortion against the majority wishes.
Biden so far:
Keep calling him sleepy or Brandon, or a vegetable… keep underestimating Biden.

While I am very left wing and would like to compliment Biden, there really is not much good to say.
Biden did not "save the economy" with the covid relief bill, but screwed up the economy with shut downs that prevent the epidemic from ending. It should have been over in 2 months instead of 3 years, going on forever.
And the country is weaker when it borrows more for bills like this.
Investing in aging infrastructure is great, but we are in serious energy and transportation issues now. Infrastructure has to wait. We need new nuclear power plants and high speed trains, not fixing local bridges.
Medicare could always have done prescription collective bargaining. It is criminal to have not done it before. And in fact it is criminal to prevent low priced foreign drug sales in the US.
Just 15% tax rate for corporation is the capital gains rate, and they should likely be paying twice that.
Biden does not know what "green energy" is, and electric vehicles is not at all green.
I suppose using strategic oil reserves to lower gas prices was a good idea, but it was Biden's fault for arming Zelensky and causing this stupid Ukraine war, which essentially Biden deliberately started.
The Unemployment rate is irrelevant, because in reality employment is WAY down. All that low unemployment means is that they are no longer compensated or looking anymore.
We do NOT have any deficit reductions, but the greatest deficit increases in peace time history.
NATO is a bunch of colonial imperialist war mongers, which should have been utterly destroyed after the mess they made with WWI.
We are not in "zero" wars but are buying weapons for the Ukraine, Syria, Egypt, Israel, etc.
Biden is less bloody than Hillary, but that is not saying much.
