It looks like most things Biden signed into law he signed by autopen.

Is that legal? Under some conditions yes, and no.

The real question is whether other people were creating EOs then using Biden's autopen to sign them without Biden's awareness nor approval, which will be next to impossible to prove.

I can't see Joe cooperating with such an investigation.

I don't see how any bill, act or order not signed by a president can legally stand. The very power of the president is contained in his signature. Use of the autopen should require extraordinary circumstances. Some presidents have papers flown around the world for them to sign. What possible justification could there be in a president signing most /everything/ with an autopen? It is a mechanically-generated COPY of the president's signature--- hell, I can get a copy of Biden's signature off the web and make a copy of it, does that mean that signature would hold up in court to signify official government documents?

Not only should there not be an autopen in the WH, having and using one for a president's signature should be rare at best and heavily documented to justify its use and authenticity with lots of documentation and records of how and why it was used. At some point, there must be a document hand-signed by the President showing WHY he used the autopen on this or that with his acknowledgement that he has read and understood and approved of whatever was signed by the autopen along with who was there and operated the autopen in each signed document along with their signed authorization that they did it with the president's approval and why.

Biden's flabby ass must be dragged kicking and screaming back before the Congress and EVERY FUCKING SINGLE PAPER signed under his administration via autopen or can be shown to be a mechanically generated traced-copy auto-signature must be questioned with Biden being asked to recount his signing of that document by clearly stating what it was that he signed.

Where was the oversight of his Administration that for four years all this stuff was being auto-signed and no one reported it nor even took note of it to ask why?

Biden must both certify that each document was autopened under his direct orders AND prove it by being able to answer questions about the contents and gist of what the document was about, otherwise, the document must be deemed fraudulent and void, and the parties involved in the autopenning held responsible.

I am continually amazed how the federal government holds themselves to a MUCH lower standard of credibility and documentation than they hold me.
