Justice Department where is it written that a former president is granted preferential considerations and immunity from criminal prosecution after committing crimes?

I continue to be astounded by the lack of criminal prosecutions because a person WAS a president. How many frivolous appeals has criminal Trump been allowed thus far?

All of the following should provide enough cover to ban anyone from from a ballot in the USA:

Trump is a rapist, lawbreaker, pathological liar, tax evader, makes false claims about people who testify against him, threatens people who testify against him, threatens judges and uses the appeal process to stonewall. He thinks he had the right to manipulate the voting process. This man is a crook not a president.

And he thinks the 14th amendment Article 3 does not apply to him. And what about so many courts and judges that are not supporting the constitution?

The border wall is a great big piece of big government pork barrel spending which began under GW Bush who
was not the brightest cookie on the block.

BTW Reagan/Bush opened the southern border in order that millions of immigrants would be available to take jobs that would open up under the Reagan/Bush union

Agreed, but I might add that the optics of five days in St. Croix while the average American is struggling financially are not favorable to the President. Better to go home to Delaware or Camp David.

(1) I join other members (and guests) in wishing President Biden a pleasant and healing vacation in such a beautiful setting.

(2) Everyone should concede that for such a mentally and physically frail person, he was extremely active during 2023, flying all around the world and the country.

(3) Of course, we do not know what plans God/Fate/Destiny/Karma has in store, but currently it seems that President Biden and Vice President Harris will be reelected.

There are always Americans struggling financially. If someone is going to run the country, and deal with all that entails, taking a few days vacation seem reasonable, even healthy.
