Just the other day down near St Augustine i saw a McDonalds looking for workers offering $12 an hour starting. So in 5 years, if those people are still there, and making $15 an hour, when minimum wage catches up to $15 an hour, those 5 year experience workers, are going to be starting wages again. Any entry level out of high school, isnt going to be hired because no one wants unskilled people, making $15 an hour....
