Biden announces plan to kill 3.7 MILLION American jobs.

But he said today he was going to give taxpayer's money to the low IQ affirmative action Negroes in historical Black colleges to invent some more worthless Solyndra type jobs. You know, to stop climate change. LOL!

His stupid Libtard idea to replace economical viable jobs with government subsidized Environmental Wacko jobs is absolutely bat shit crazy. Just like government mandated wages.

Of course these Moon Bats don't know anymore about Economics than they do about Climate Science, History, Biology, Ethics or the Constitution, do they?

These Useful Idiots were morons voting for this dufus and looking the other way when he stole the election from the American people.

Florida voters (mostly red) voted to raise their state's minimum wage to $15.00 an hour in 2020.

Most republican voters already recognize that the FMW is too low. Twenty-Nine States (red and blue) have minimum wages higher than the FMW
States may do as they wish but $15 in Fla is not the same as $15 in New Mexico. You are also a liar!

On November 3, 2020, over 60 percent of Floridian voters approved Amendment 2, which increases the minimum wage and amends Florida's Constitution. Under the new mandate, Florida's minimum wage rate (currently, $8.56) will increase to $10 an hour in September 2021.

The $15/hour increase is gradual over the next SIX YEARS!!!

How can you live with yourself being so stupid and dishonest?

True or false,

FL voters voted to raise their State's minimum wage to $15 an hour.

I heard Pedo Joe say all those Keystone people he put out of work can go work on solar panels.

Pedo Joe has tapioca for brains.

The difference is that the VOTERS directly made that decision.

Will the GOP leaders allow the will of their followers to be heard?

I see no good reason whatsoever for why the federal gov't should force each state to raise their minimum wage to any level. Each state has their own duly elected legislature and governor that can raise their m-wage as they fit, in accordance with their particular economy. What we have here is an out of control Democratic Party that is trying to appease their national political base with no concern for the consequences. Especially at a time when many of us are under a lockdown; when the time comes to open up the economy, many of those small businesses and associated jobs will not be returning. Remember "jobs created or saved"? This time that number won't be as robust as it might have been.

I have yet to meet an American Blue Collar worker making less than $9.50/hour.

Agreed. The bottom going rate in the Delmarva region seems to be about $12.25/hour for most blue-collar jobs, with lots of warehouse and factory setting jobs starting at $16-$19/hour. Many of the warehouse jobs include piece rate incentives capable of boosting wages by several dollars per hour. Even the local Royal Farms convenience stores and Aldi Markets pay north of eleven dollars per hour—to start. Certainly not a "living" wage, by any stretch of the imagination, but something is always better than nothing, and overtime rates can also boost paycheck totals. If one is looking for a stopgap job in the interim, read: survival money, there's plenty of work out there and swallowing one's pride for a time can greatly advance the cause of having food to swallow as well.

Florida has an economy that will support that

Iowa? Nebraska? I doubt it.

But you don't care.

You are a taker.
Nebraska already has MW over the FMW. Keep swinging slugger.

I don't know why any government enity should dictate wages. That should be between an employer and employee. The labor market should be free of regulation just like any other market.

He wants to hire the Historical Black colleges to invent jobs for those laid off workers. What could possibly go wrong?

This is what happens when you put people in charge who've never interacted with those of us outside of NY and LA, except to shout campaign speeches in an empty cornfield in the hopes that we'll hear it on the news later that night.

Hey, Cornball. How many states are there in the US? Florida is just one of how many?

Are you imagining that because Florida did something, that means it's right for all of the other states, because we're all just like Florida? And stop wasting my time telling me about "most Republican voters", as if any Republican voter would deign to speak to you outside of reviling you on a message board. You have no fucking clue what any Republican voter does or doesn't think, so don't flatter yourself that you do.
