Got it from MisterBlu's father-in-law.... he raises em' - slaughters em' at about 7 months....

Cumin-crusted and seared in Black Truffle Oil then oven-roasted with apricots and fresh mint...

You should try it smoked and barbequed like I did last weekend. Mmmmmm.
 
I made lamb once. It was horribe. It stunk up my whole house.

I guess I cooked it wrong. I cooked it like you do a steak. I heated a frying pan up real hot, olive oil, and then I seared the lamb chops in the hot pan.

The smell was awful. My kid came out in the kitchen and said "Lamb is nasty".

I've never attempted it again.
