Best Exercises You Can Do

both rest and exercise are good for the mind and body .. do you think resting constantly and lying on the couch is better than exercise and getting 7 to 8 hrs sleep ..
. I've done both over my lifetime, and resting is hands down the better way to go overall.
 
Best plan for weight management is to not eat so much. Cheaper too. Also, very hard for women to increase muscle mass.

I think women can use weights too.
This woman is 85 years old and a well known female body builder.

 
When the "experts" say that we need more exercise you can be sure that we don't.

Maybe, I do know that most 100 year olds don't look like they just left the gym, ALTHOUGH, if I don't walk a mile a day I feel really bad and I'm an old woman.
I also love to dance to loud music of all kinds.

I walk at least that each day at work.

I get close to it cleaning house ,gardening, training our 4 large shelter dogs although I still like walking on our trails for mental health as well as physical exercise. So that is where I get almost a mile in.
 
Exercise has it's risks.

athletes exercise a lot more than a few hrs a week .. they many exercise for 3 or more hrs a day ! resisting training and other forms of exercise from 30 to 90 minutes 3 to 4 times a week is good for you ..

I don't take medications except for Larsartan if bp is high and a baby aspirin. I seldom go to doctors, they have been bad for my health, although they do come in handy in an emergency and some conditions.

Food is good as long as you don't overdo it.
