The "best blues song ever"(for me) has to be a song that was written and sang in tribute to inarguably the best blues player of all time.

Record companies don't care about the greatness of a band just how many units they can sell

I agree there is no real 'best of' for music or any other art form. There is only a list of greats. For instrumental I'd listen to this.

I agree to a point. However, when so many fellow artists and blues legends say themselves that SRV was the best? I am inclined to agree with them.
