Uhhhh, the President? The leader of the U.S. expected to be a role model for millions of Americans, especially impressionable children?

I'm actually embarrassed as an American that we have a president that acts this way. And you should be, too.

What argument am I trying to make?

You're holding random lefties on the Internet to the same standard as the leader of the free world. That just doesn't work. A President should exhibit much more class and decency than Trump does.

Clinton may have lied and he had many faults. However, he didn't ridicule Ken Starr for making his life a living hell when Ken Starr died. Clinton had a basic level of humanity, empathy, and decency that Trump just does not have.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say Trump was pretty obnoxious during his campaign. The people who voted for him, like me, knew what we were getting. I asked if you knew why he was elected. It was because he was giving the left and the establishment GOP the finger.

Do I like what he does? No. The midnight tweeting? No.

His lack of empathy during COVID cost him the 2020 election.

But we brought him back....the kind sweet soul that he was.

Why? Because we wanted someone who would do something instead of pushing us aside to kiss the left's ass.

So.....those who might have "expected it" were not the ones who voted for him by-and-large.

I hold everyone to a certain human standard. Trump failed so did the left. There is no distinction in my book.

does the term "Threat to democracy", "Cancelled elections in 2026", and "Dystopian" ring a bell. These were constant dog whistles by the left to their lemming acolytes.

I KNEW what I was getting with Trump.

And when my lefty associates whined I held up my hand and said three words.......that shut them up.

Unfortunately, that seems to be about the only thing Trump is good at.

Here's the problem with that. You also said you were looking for "common ground" in another post. That is never going to happen when you support a politician as mean, nasty, and cruel as Donald Trump.

That is your right.

At the end of the day, politics is about morality. If you vote for someone who is mean, cruel, and nasty, then what does that say about you?

Trump is a threat to democracy. Jan 6 proved that. That isn't a dog whistle.

I don’t think the issue is whether President Trump has plenty of fair-minded reasons to hate Mueller.

MAGA supporters have no right to complain about how liberals said negative things about Charlie Kirk, if they see nothing wrong with Trump saying horrible things about Mueller after his death.

That is sheer hypocrisy.

Charlie was a young dad who had his throat shot out by a TDS afflicted pos. Mueller was an old man who allowed himself to be used to attempt to destroy Trump and his family . It's the biggest dilligaf I've ever given.
