Elections in the German capital of Berlin were so fraudulent they will have to be repeated, the Berlin State Supreme Court ruled today. YouTube had threatened to censor any claims of election irregularities and now looks a lot like Fake News.

“The elections to the Berlin House of Representatives and the district assemblies are declared invalid in the entire electoral area,” the President of the Berlin Constitutional Court, Ludgera Selting (58), ruled today.
The reason are the massive irregularites in the 2021 election. New elections will be held in Spring of 2023.

If countries are to remain democratic, legitimate and sovereign, such important judicial decisions are vital. They shouldn't even be difficult decisions, they should be mandatory.

I can't lie, that even as an outsider, I'd find such a decision in the U.S to ensure an accurate, vital election to be startling if ordered. I'm sure the media would lose it depending on which parties power was threatened with a fair and real result.

Just observing the time it is taking to count votes, it is not an encouraging sign for Western liberty and t free, fair and accurate and timely election results.
