Curious how as Pretti instigated a brawl, another guy ran in with a high quality low-light camera and lens trying to get close up, detailed pictures as if to capture pictures of the slightest thing ICE did wrong. Smacks of a set up.

Frankly, I think ICE was far too kind to the guy. He never should have been left there able to walk away on his own reconnaissance. The guy should have needed a stretcher, then from the hospital to a jail cell.

My only conclusion is that ICE didn't arrest Pretti that day because they were on orders to be extra tolerant and passive so as to minimize any grounds for accusing ICE of being a "gestapo" of thugs.

That and the fact that it really was up to Minneapolis police to be there controlling these crowds and arresting people. ICE should not have to deal with this, they are only there to arrest some illegal.
