The Murder Of Alex Pretti Broke Trump's Misinformation Machine

He should have been arrested not shot. He didnt meet the test for deadly force. He was disaremed and helpless when shot
It would have been better, but you're judging from a distance and the passage of time. It would have been better it Pretti didn't interfere with law enforcement. You might face a similar fate if you interfere with a cop trying to arrest a murderer, rapist, kidnapper. The truth is, the left loves that he died. They need their martyrs

Reality seems strange to the Left Wingers
Okay let's try again:

Who was "arrested"?

Pretti attacked the ICE officers with a loaded gun.
The way your statement reads (is structured) implies that Pretti used his loaded gun TO attack ICE officers.

Grammatically, it says Pretti is the subject performing the action (attacked) using a loaded gun as the instrument of that action.

He didn't USE his lawfully carried firearm to either attack ICE agents or defend himself. He never drew or unholstered his weapon.

It was a justified self defense shooting
You're mistaken in your conclusion. It was neither self-defense nor justified because the agents who shot him did so while he was lying defenseless on the ground, facedown. At that point they were not facing an imminent threat of grievous bodily harm or death.

In my opinion, the agents would have been better off had this not relieve him of his firearm right before two of the agents shot Pretti to death.

The corrupt Democrats are causing the ICE arrest violence problem.
So nothing to do with the out-of-control and violent way ICE agents are interacting with the public including U.S. citizens?

You are in denial of the facts.

Interfering with an arrest is a felony crime.

Concealed

When being arrested while carrying a concealed firearm, it is crucial to understand the legal implications and follow the proper procedures. Here are some key points to consider:
Your very first paragraph states "Duty to inform: Many states have a duty to inform law...." which is completely irrelevant to what matters which is whether the state of Minnesota has a Duty to Inform law. It does not:
Minnesota Statutes § 624.714 (Permit to Carry a Pistol):
(a) A permit holder must have the permit card and photo ID in their immediate possession and must display them upon lawful demand by a peace officer.
(d) Upon the request of a peace officer, a permit holder shall disclose to the officer whether or not the permit holder is currently carrying a firearm.

Furthermore. at which was he expected to have the opportunity to inform the agents even had he been required to do so? He had just sprayed him in the face with whatever they were carrying which I'm sure at least momentarily disoriented or incapacitated him. There were about 4 agents all hitting & attacking him at once.
