First, there's no evidence of it. All the voting companies and their software were investigated, vetted and certified by our own Elections Infrastructure Government Coordinating Council. They affirmed that this was the most secure election in US history with zero evidence of fraud or changed votes.

Georgia did a hand recount of the physical ballots. The hand count of the physical ballots matched the electronic tallies with way more than 99% accuracy.
