At work there are multiple levels of those responsible for safety.

It is guaranteed the protocols in place were not followed.

Multiple people are responsible. I can focus on the democrat that pulled the trigger as you do. But I know that it is not an accident in a home. This is a movie companies set governed by rules and regulations that comply with federal laws as well as the studies rules.

Bullies should of never left the gun range. Did the fire live rounds on the set? Did this happen on a set or the gun range?
