Does this clause in the bailout bill make anyone else uncomfortable:

Decisions by the Secretary pursuant to the authority of this Act are non-reviewable and committed to agency discretion, and may not be reviewed by any court of law or any administrative agency.

Why would we give one person so much power with absolutely no recourse against him or her?

Not even mentioning we have no idea who this person will be in January.

I posted this too. Glad to see others are aware. I can't wait to hear our republicans take on this. How will they spin this.
