Burger King stole this bacon recipe from Southern BBQ joints.

One of my clients sent a summer intern to us for training. She was a vegetarian. And we were walking thru this trendy old Southern town just south of us reading the menus.. I wanted her to decide and to my SHOCK -- she picked a BBQ place. I asked her why and she said she always wanted to try fried green tomatoes.

So we're finishing up and offered desert and she chose a Sundae.. Came with a huge thick piece of bacon in it. So I rescued her and "fixed" the problem..

I have to agree with Jim Gaffigan on this, bacon is the magic sprinkles of the food world. I don't like it in sweet things like ice cream but on everything else, uh yeeeaaahhhh.
