First of all. You have to prove that Jindal is in fact denying Medicaid coverage. The article was about Jindal not accepting Medicaid expansion under Obamacare. Do you know what accepting the expansion would mean?

He rejected it because it would cost Louisiana taxpayers up to $1.7 billion over the next ten years and move nearly 250,000 Louisianians from private coverage to Medicaid.
