Nothing of what she said was WRONG. Her dad eventually DIED as a result of the results from the factory where he worked to foward the effort against HITLER, and Japan.

Maybe the problem is that leftists are incapable of imagining anyone taking a dangerous factory job out of patriotism and the desire to help their country win the war, or of imagining actually being any part of fighting their country's wars at all.

I can remember well the feeling of being at war during those years, and I was born just 7 months before Pearl Harbor. The fear and anxiety were palpable and was transmitted from the parents to their children. Therefore I can also easily imagine the pride of a child whose parent shared in the effort that at that time was called "The Homefront" and by extension and emotional empathy their own connection to the war. Her emotional connection would've matched that, and it seems normal to me for her to have, even now, strong emotions and patriotic feelings about her father dying as a result of his home-front work 11-years later while she was still a child. Consequently, as s veteran, I don't feel injured in the least, nor does RGS seem to be, Zona.

You know what I like about you Tommy? I find you amusing.

When you are sober, you are barely tolerable.

When you are drunk, you are an asshole that likes to play internet tough guy and toss out veiled threats. Then when people call you on it, you act like you are talking about a "rhetorical battle".
