I think the point is that this is just a story meant to tarnish Jan Brewer's image right when she's in the middle of a struggle against Obama to merely PROTECT THE PEOPLE OF HER STATE.
They couldn't get her by lying about her bill and instilling hatred against her.....so now they slander her.
How many times have we seen this tactic in the news? Is this the fate of anyone who stands up to this thuggish and corrupt White House?
The reason I suspect it's a fabrication is because there is no other evidence that it even took place other then the word of a journalist or two in so-called respected newspapers. Most of them never witnessed the gaff first hand. Of course they would never lie....would they????
This story has been blogged to the hilt but not one word of it has surfaced in the news elsewhere....even while she was talking and shaking hands with the President in the White House. Not one mention of it.
So, still no answer to the question I asked earlier Muddy I see.
You can't name one or two news organizations you trust.
Didn't think you'd have the nads to reply to that one. And we know why.
As to your deep-water imaginations that this is a "made-up" story:
Point blank ABSURD.
If you'd looked, which you didn't care to - you'd see the news sources are not only legitimate state-wide newspapers, with Journalistic standards, but include Associated Press, and picked up by FOX affiliates, CBS News, etc.
The Guardian story also quotes the Governor's spokesman in response.
Your suggestion it is a fabrication is WORSE than the equivalent of a 8 year old girl holding her hands over her ears and saying
la la la la la la la I can't heaaaar you.
At least the 8 year old's youth gives her an excuse.
