FACT, according to this AAA site, gas prices are ACTUALLY higher today than when trump took office.

Just returned from ID to WA. Gas was $3.22 in ID ($3.79-$3.99 in WA) and diesel was $3.89 in ID ($4.99 and up in WA) WA sucks. Their democrat government is nothing but tax and spend.

Let's see, who was it that was in the White House in 2020? Funny that just 8 months after he became president again, it's now lower than at any time during the Biden tenure.

That is great. A year ago while running, Trump figured it would take about a year in office for his policies to begin pulling back on inflation. A big part of that, he said, was due to fuel/energy costs. Fuel costs had to come down because they were a big factor in consumer prices.

Hopefully by next Spring, we will see some real modulation in the CPI.

The west coast from CA to Washington state all very liberal states have the highest price per gal... still over $5 in Newson's state...

Largely because our states have some of the highest State Taxes on petrol/diesel.
