Your numbers are off. You added zeros to those percentages that don't belong. Biden's leads are 0.5%, 0.2%, 0.7%, 0.8%, and 2.7% respectively in the states you listed.

From what I've read, recounts have only changed the results in elections that were much closer than those, at least recounts in the past couple of decades. A shift of the sort that Trump would need to get ahead of Biden, even in the closer state races, would be pretty remarkable and perhaps unprecedented for a recount. Supposedly the record vote shift in a recount is 2567 votes. How often do recounts flip election results?

I thought I would also add that those states do not all have automatic recount laws. Not all the states with automatic recount laws are likely to trigger the qualifications.
In Arizona the count must be within 0.1%.
In Georgia there is no automatic recount.
In Wisconsin there is no automatic recount.
In Pennsylvania the count must be within 0.5%.
In Michigan there must be a difference of 2000 votes or fewer.

There are also reasons that a non-mandatory recount can be requested, of course. Georgia's SoS has already said there will be one.

This election had thousands of mail in ballots with completely different rules applied. It really can't be judged the same as past elections.

I would not be surprised if situations like that happened. Retirement homes where a "caregiver" takes their vote and illegally tampers with it. Or not even mail it for them at all.

It should not be that difficult to check the voter registry and see how many voters have the same "nursing homes" addresses and then spot check those patients to verify 1. That they are actually still alive and 2. That they actually had any part in registering and actually voting.

I have visited a LOT of people in nursing homes and sad as it is, Most patients there wouldn't have a clue that someone voted "for" them.
