Does anyone know if HR1207 passed? Audit the Federal Reserve? I vote YES! Anything with that much power needs to be put in check sometime. What do you think?

Congressman Mel Watt recently removed anything of substance from the bill, but Congressman Paul intends to introduce an amendment to get the original wording of the bill put back in. It has not left committee yet.

Barney Frank gave HR1207 to a subcommittee headed by congressman Mel Watts and he gutted it.. Took all the audit provisions OUT of the audit bill When it comes back to the finance committee, Ron Paul is going to try to put an amendment back in to restore HR1207 back to its original wording.. All the committee members who back HR1207 have to keep their votes. Call them up and support them.


Its much more power than you think... The owners of the owners of the fed also own all the mortgages and stock certificates in this country. Its just like Jeferson said.

We need checks and balances both within and without government. Sadly, they system is breaking down and corruption is rife.
