Claiming "nobody" wants to confiscate guns is a lie

California Colorado and Illinois ... beg to differ

Live in Colorado. Are you saying that slept through the black panel truck coming door to door to seize all the guns? Not Memo, no announcement, nothing. And they didn't find one single gun since they should be tied to you. If they were tied to me, they would either stay home and watch porn or actually get the guns if that were the law. I vote for them to stay home. What they do while they are home is their business.

Try buying an AR15 and a buncha high caps this summer

Sensible gun control.

Tell me, has anyone sent you or have you heard of anyone that received a notice that they want your rifles, shotguns, or handguns?.......yeah me neither.
I am a law abiding gun owner. Not a psycho. I don't want just anybody to be able to purchase a semi-auto killing machine. :)
Just like I want a piss test ( For Illegal Drugs and SSRIs ) with every 4473 Form = Sensible Firearms Restriction

I can buy as many AR-15 as my little heart desires. Just tell me where to back the truck up. And a 30 round mag or more has zero reason to exist other than to slaughter school children. Our ARs come with 15 round mags which is plenty enough no matter how poor a shooter is. If you can't bag that ground hog in 15 rounds, you ain't going to bag in with 30. Besides, the biggest advantage the AR has is the speed and ease of changing mags so that Groundhog had better watch out.

I have stated what I believe would be a good moderate fix. But since I refuse total and unconditional surrender to you cupcakes, you say I am not interested in fixing anything. What you are saying is, YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE A TOASTER MUCH LESS A GUN.

Now, read what I typed, cupcake.
No, you lied. You also seem to have some sort of voices in your head.

Not yet. Millions of others and I have spent lots of time, effort, and money making sure of that.

Only because the ban hasn't yes passed the state Senate.

Here is my original post. You lie about me lying, liar.

Hate to break it to you but every unit has it's own fruitcake and you found the one. And then you milked it for all it was worth to hint that ALL the Government is thinking this behind the doors.

The only weapon in question is the AR-15, not all the guns. The AR-15 is not any deadlier the first mag than anything else. But it's been culturized to the point where it's the weapon of choice for mass murder. When something becomes detrimental to the publics welfare, our Government not has the responsibility to remove it from most peoples hands but the duty to do so.

Notice, I am not saying an outright ban. Regulation is not a ban. It just requires the potential owner to fulfill extra steps to own it. It's not illegal to own a Mah Deuce (50 cal machine gun) but you are required to prove to your local cop agencies that you fulfill all the things that is required of you to own it. You want a Tank? Fill this out, store it properly without scaring the living hell out of your neighbors and it's yours. Just back the truck up.

The M1921 or Thompson Sub Machine Gun wasn't regulated because of the regular firearms owner. It was regulated because of the mass shooting. So they came up with the 1934 Fire Arms Act. And they didn't confiscate a single one from the law abiding. But they did toss a few criminals into jail if they were found with them.

So how about working to fix things instead of keeping churning out all the hate and fear.

Sooo....your answer is no. Got it.
Thanks for playing. I now return you to your regularly scheduled "wasting time over things that will never happen" outrage moment. :auiqs.jpg:

I suggest you read up on the DC versus Heller. More than one court has used to rule on magazine size for the AR. I think the word "Reasonable" comes to mind. And it's been found that Reasonable usually means not more than 15. I don't see any change on that coming as even the SCOTUS has stayed away and left that up to the states except for the 15 round limit.

I don’t want to take all the guns, I just want to be the one to decide who should have one

Hate to tell you, but many on this board would not make the cut
Begining with YOU as one who wouldn't make that cut!

Your racist, anti-libertarian views show you are a definite anti-social type whom should not have any weapons, not even a butter knife!

Sorry Komrade.

Too bad. I don't want gun owners to be coke, meth, H, and X users. Not asking much. :)
Now pot and booze...totally fine. :auiqs.jpg:

Depends on the pot and boozers reason for using a large quantity. Just hide the tin foiled hats until they sober up.

They are admitting it. This dude is from DoD.

btw, America was founded on the confiscation of guns. The extra-legal congresses set up in each colony sought power and demanded everyone toe the line.

The rebels tried disarming the Loyalists who had not signed up with their demands (Queens County, NY). Sending troops for one colony (Connecticut), to another (NY), to confiscate guns from people who had lived there for generations.

Well
Just as another worthless opinion.....

If we confiscated all the firearms and weapons that democrats had....the nation would be a whole lot safer.
