Attorney General Jeff Sessions may be facing perjury charges.

She violated the statute every day she had those emails on her server. .

Actually it would be a violation for every day she KNEW she had them on her server. She didn't know they were there, thus that doesn't extend the clock from the time they were received.
Anyone who claims she didn't know they were there is either stupid or they are lying. Knowing whether she has classified material on her computer is her job.

I'd have to do the calculations, but at 6 years old, the statute of limitations is beyond using CPR to save it.
Treason has no statute of limitations.

True, but Hillary never took up arms against the government, or had her armed insurrection seen by two witnesses.

Wanna try again?
I thought simply talking to a Russian was treason. That's what you've been saying about Trump, isn't it?
Democrats criminalize everything.....yet then forget to mention that they're doing it.

You just gave up half your case. Bleach bit can't be a crime if it abates a crime.

Like somebody with a kilo of pot, burning the evidence. The crime of possession ceases at that instant.

Conviction under the statute requires mens rea.

Not it doesn't. If the police can demonstrate they had possession at one time, there's still a crime. It just becomes much hard to prove.

Destroying the evidence is called "obstruction of justice." That's another crime Hillary committed.

No it doesn't, moron. The statute states explicitely that intention isn't required, only gross negligence.

That's just another lie Hillary's apologists have been peddling.

Your opinions are laughable. You’re not a lawyer, nor do you work in criminal law but you prattle on like you have a clue. Which you don’t.

If the 7 Congressional Investigations into Benghazi couldn’t find a crime to charge her with, an unemployed idiot with a computer who thinks she’s guilty of something on his say so isn’t going to get far.

Private citizens can file charges. I say go for it. Knock yourself out.

I don't think she committed a crime during the Benghazi fiasco. She just demonstrated extremely poor judgment and an utterly callous attitude towards her employees. She obviously placed receiving the slightest political damage fabove the lives of Americans she was responsible for.

On the other hand, Comey himself laid out the indictment for her crimes in the email carnival.

Strange how Sessions is the only person keeping Hillary from an indictment.

You idiot liberals should keep that in mind.

You idiot conservatives need to remember that what is keeping Hillary from being indicted is that she hasn’t committed any crimes that anyone can find. 17 investigations, most of them lead by Republicans with instructions to “Get Clinton”, have come to this conclusion. They can’t find any evidence, any witnesses or any crime to indict her.

Your flames are on the fritz Dragonlady.. You completely discount the corruption of the Washington R&D Swamp, Trump's willing to engage it and you've decided to maintain the status quo with biased soap opera punch lines.

Yet the swamp was able to force Nixon to resign. It charged 164 members of the Reagan Administration with crimes while Ronnie was still President.

The swamp isn’t the Congress critters, it’s the guys they get their money from - the lobbyists and the people who fund PAC’s. The political appointees who hold non-elected jobs.

Trump isn’t doing shit about the swamp. He’s just stocking it with bigger alligators.

Most people who are elected to office are there because they believe in the country and they genuinely want to help people. It’s only after they get there and they discover that in order to do their jobs they have to raise a lot of money to keep the job and that makes them vulnerable to the swamp creatures.

Trump throws around a lot of bullshit buzzwords like “drain the swamp” but he never bothers to define who exactly he means. Another bullshit phrase is “deep state”. There is no secret cabal running the government from the shadows. All these bullshit terms are meant to distract you from the out and out ineptitude of the current occupant of the White House.

It’s not Trump’s fault that he doesn’t know what he’s doing and can’t get anything done. It’s the swamp. It’s the Deep State. No it’s not. It’s the con man you elected. No one else.

Stupid. Comey already said Hillary was grossly negligent, but that it wasn't enough for conviction under the statute. Which is why he didn't prosecute.

You folks only quoted Comey a million times saying "gross negligence" which Comey explained wasn't enough.

stupid stupid stupid

Comey lied, obviously. You believe what Comey said or you can read the actual law. The fact that Comey said what snowflakes wanted to hear only proves that he was part of the swamp and need to be excised.

We don't quote Comey saying "gross negligence" because he never said it. However, the law does say it. The fact that you believe Comey said it only shows what a king sized gullible ignoramus you are.

Then I suggest you write the AG and tell him to prosecute Comey because he said it under oath to congress. And telling a lie to congress is a serious crime.

Really, seriously, Comey never said "gross negligence" ?

Yes, he does deserve to be prosecuted. However, Sessions appears to have seccumbed to the swamp. I don't see him indicting any former Clinton or Obama cronies.
