Second, for Trump to come in second in Evangelical Iowa, as a political outsider with a very limited ground game is amazing...spinning it as a lose is disingenuous. How did Steve Forbes do, or Carly Fiorina?
Third, in my political lifetime, Iowa has ALWAYS gone to the most outwardly Mainline Christian candidate. Santorum, Huckabee and now Cruz.
Lastly...only twice since 1976 has the non-incumbant Republican Iowa winner gone on the win the nomination...and they both lost the general election (Dole and Ford).
