attacking the ADA

Makes them less likely to get a door ding. Do it close to the building and you're an asshole, do it way the fuck out in the parking lot away from everyone and you're not bothering anyone. I have door dings in every vehicle I own from parking lots.
Eh, I think they’re just being dumbassess. I hope they start getting towed

If they're not stopping you from parking closer to the building than they are, what business is it of yours? I drive a truck and deliver to, and even drive to, hundreds of Wal Marts around the COUNTRY and almost NEVER have I seen one of their lots more than half full, at MOST. The further from the door you get, usually the nicer the vehicles.

Fair enough

I guess I just don’t understand being so worried about a nick that you’d park so far out and across three spaces

With the cost of repairs of vehicles skyrocketing, it's not difficult to understand why you'd worry. I've seen 100,000 dollar cars parked at Wal Mart. The driver needs one thing, is not going to go 50 miles back home to get their other car, and would rather park it far away so it's not damaged. You know how expensive it is to repair a door ding in a 2025 ZR1 door? I've also seen cars get hit in parking lots and the other driver take off, FAR more than a door ding, but actual damage to the other vehicle. Do that to a very expensive car and it could be 25 grand or more.
