Asphyxiation not the cause of George Floyd's death: Autopsy

They rushed to charge the cop with murder and they're not gonna hold up. I do hope he gets off.

He will probably not go to trial with that autopsy finding. There is no way to prove that the officer caused his death. Is "failing to render aid" a crime?

I remember that guy from the bullet proof armed robbery shoot out in California...the one where the cops were so under gunned they commandeered AR15s from a pawn shop...they let that guy bleed to death in cuffs. Not only was no officer charged...the family lost the civil suit.

I think it was North Hollywood. I'll link to it in the next post.

In other words, if it had not been for the actions of this cop, he would still be alive.

You might even say had he not been passing counterfeit money he would still be alive. Before that his health allowed quite a criminal career including five years in prison for a home invasion wherein he terrorized the residents.

Every time these blacks get killed by cops you find them with extensive criminal records. Almost as if its just a matter of time.

And once again I am going to point out the fire hose of propaganda the media directs at us every day.

"Floyd, who was black, can be seen on the ground with his hands cuffed behind his back while Officer Derek Chauvin presses him to the pavement with his knee on Floyd's neck. The video shows Chauvin, who is white,..."

I challenge anyone to find a news story from the spate of black gang attacks on whites where the aggressor and victim are identified by race. In fact most attacks across race lines are black on white. So why is that so rarely included in the stories?

Do you scan every bill that you spend? A counterfeit $20 bill could be in your wallet right now.

Every thug has got lots of liquor and new tennis shoes and toasters so things will quiet down now
100 years ago prohibitions began. We honor that via locking down orderly people and locking them up if they sit too close in their backyard while allowing savages to roam free lest “we do something to make them really angry”-the old Muslim cop out

George Floyd died Monday from a combination of preexisting health conditions exacerbated by being held down by Minneapolis officers, not from strangulation or asphyxiation, based on the medical examiner’s initial report.

Preliminary findings from a Tuesday autopsy conducted by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner found “no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxiation or strangulation,” according to the criminal complaint filed Friday against former officer Derek Michael Chauvin.

“Mr. Floyd had underlying health conditions including coronary artery disease and hypertensive heart disease,” said the complaint from the Hennepin County Attorney. “The combined effects of Mr. Floyd being restrained by police, his underlying health conditions and any potential intoxicants in his system likely contributed to his death.”

Meaning of course you can't prove it. You're dimissed.

Non-sequitur.

The Autopsy report thinks he had an underlying health problem, in any case Mr. Floyd was under long term stress by the stupid Police officers, who kept ignoring his obvious distress.
The knee boy deserves a roasting in court for it..
Anyone might have an underlying health problem, whether they themselves even know it or not. That's why you don't lean on a guy's neck for NINE MINUTES with his hands cuffed behind his back completely ignoring him as he begs you to let him breathe.

His "health" is completely irrelevant because it will only try to be used as an extenuating reason to try to get the cop off. He was fine until the cop put him down and you don't lean on a person's neck that long assuming that you're sure he is in NFL condition and will fully be able to take it.

Like it or not, the police are there to serve the community, not kill it. That even includes the perp, who may be guilty or totally innocent. He may be Jeffrey Dalmer or he might be your sweet old grandmother. Those are basic guaranteed rights, denied George Floyd. And you can bet your last dollar that had this been Bel Air or some Congressman, no one would have ended up with their neck pinned under a cop's knee, no matter how much they protested.

EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER THE LAW is a JOKE in the USA. And Hillary Clinton is the walking proof.
Well we do have some issues in our justice system, but what other country would you prefer to be tried in?

I think the medical condition takes some of the blame off the cop because he was in fact giving Floyd enough room to breath, but the knee to the neck was still excessive force.

Don’t be a criminal and won’t be a dead criminal
Anyway the facts are the cop did not choke him to death as was first stated and some of this and some of that was already wrong with Floyd which later on caused his death
Another feelings fantasy shot down for liberals but more innocent peoples lives and livelihoods have been ruined via rioting and looting which interestingly enough is what the lockdown has done also. Staged tandem hoax jobs
