After 10 years of laughing off predictions of Venezuelan disaster, NYTs finally steps up with some weepy human interest Pulitzer-bait
As Venezuela Collapses, Children Are Dying of Hunger
Where are the groups providing
* emergency medical needs and building clinics with
free or affordable help to the people
* help to set up "independent" labor coops, currency or barter
especially in the area of growing and providing food on a sustainable
basis for each community so there is no looting or fighting to take
resources from one to save the other
* regular food and emergency supplies distributed
so the people know where to go to get help?
If it's Doctors without Borders, and other reliable nonprofits
(not Red Cross that has developed a negative pattern of being overwhelmed with more
resources coming in than it can redistribute in timely effective manner)
can you please post the best places or organizations to support?
Thanks

We can't even get the FEMA/govt process to reach the right people
in one state, much less 3, without excessive backlog, bureaucracy and fraud abuses.
Why the liberals insist on trying to manage health care
through federal govt is beyond me. It's always the
nonprofits that have greater ability to flex and reach people
directly, and also the business leaders who have had to
step in while people keep waiting on govt to fix and manage everything....
