How many of them incited an armed attack on the U.S. Government?
LMAO
1. Can you prove any causation? Do you have an email of Trump coordinating it? Do you have a quote by Trump saying to go to the Capital in anyway other than a peaceful manner?
No, you don't. So, you're free to your conspiracy theories, but those who require actual proof of guilt will view you as a fool as long as you try to convey your delusions as any sort of actual, factual occurrence.
2. The type of logic you are advocating for, "But-for", is infinitely weak not just in court but in life. If you and I both dangerously hook up a piece of equipment, we both commit the same act. If your mistake kills someone and mine does not, the crime was negligence by the both of us. These are called standards, and a civil, respectful society requires them to function. As long as you have one side opposed to the establishment of any sort of standard, as the left and Democrat are, those who oppose are actively trying to divide the nation. Consistent standards join us together under the same rule of law, culture, and society.
