I was told here that the Democratic Senators who told soldiers not to break the law if they were instructed to do so, committed the crime of sedition.

I would like a timeline, more or less, of when they will go to jail for such crime.

And will this be more or less before or after James Comey gets locked up.

When starting a new thread and declaring something as fact in your opening post, you must link to a source. For example, "Polls say 2/3 of people think x, y, z." The Senators did NOT break the law, they engaged in their Constitutionally Protected Right to Free Speech. They correctly informed members of the United States Military that they do not have to obey illegal orders. Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (U.C.M.J.) AND the United States Manual For Courts Martial (USMCM) they forced, coerced, intimidated into obeying illegal orders.

There was no Sedition. There was no Treason. Just the Right to freedom of Speech.

A federal grand jury in Washington, D.C., declined a request by prosecutors to indict two Democratic U.S. senators, Mark Kelly of Arizona and Michigan’s Elissa Slotkin, on charges of seditious conspiracy, MS Now reported Tuesday night.

The attempted indictment of Kelly, a former U.S. Navy captain and the former CIA analyst Slotkin related to a video in November that they made with four other Democrats in Congress, on which they reminded members of the U.S. military that they have the right to refuse to follow illegal orders by superiors.

The video was released on social media in response to ongoing extrajudicial killings by the U.S. military of crews of boats in the Caribbean and Pacific that allegedly were carrying narcotics.
