Arrest warrant issued for Netanyahu over Israel’s war in Gaza by International Criminal Court

Yes he was likely killed by a targeted IDF attack that also "accidentally" killed forty women and children.

But aren't you the one (of several here) who's been insisting that Israel has not been committing war crimes? does this news change your view on this? Do you accept that the court has reached a reasonable conclusion after months of careful consideration and scrutiny?
I recall simply pointing out that the court that wants to claim credibility is issuing an arrest warrant for a dead person. Any other claims you infer are on you.

The court says it has no evidence of Deif's death, but since you obviously do, why not send it to them?

Or maybe there are moves afoot to plan to fake Nazinyahu's death and Gallant's death so they can evade justice, that's the kind of dastardly scheming the Zionists are quite good at.

The International Sharia Court can suck my ass. Netherlands is a place where Jews are hunted on the streets and the police blames them. This shit places, including Berlin and many other cities, are just more Gaza cities.

This is typical of the hysterical rants that are now appearing on social media:

Basically it's just another "we are victims" plea which the Zionists actually believe they can fool the rest of humanity with.

Not only do you look like a troglodyte, you write like one as well. The hooligans got a kicking in Amsterdam because they were abusive, violent and destructive. They might get applause from doing that in the West Bank but not in Holland, they got a kicking and learned a lesson I hope.

Then the court hasn't read the news article I linked to. I guess it is a lot to ask.

So you are saying that you know the facts of international law better than the writer of that post? You should probably contact him and let him know all the facts you are privy to which undermine his factual claims.

It seems that there is not really any confusion

So you're all of a sudden advocating the honesty of an Arab newspaper? When did that change take place?

I'm not advocating it or denying it. I'm pointing out that it provides reporting and sources. Are you denying the honesty of an Arab newspaper?

Do you know the procedure used by the ICC to verify if a person is dead?

so you don't know better than the writer. So why would you think the writer is wrong?
Because he's making ridiculous claims about the ICC and its staff.
Who gives a shit what that idiot says? certainly not the ICC. Republicans threatening courts and lawful actors operating on behalf of courts is nothing new as you know, they've been doing this for years as did Trump and the other reprobates that pretend to govern us.

Nope. It appears the Arabs used testing but maybe that's not good enough for the ICC.

"The sources said a partial body believed to be Deif's was found at the strike site days after the attack, though severe damage made identification difficult. Samples were taken from the body, and it was later buried in Khan Younis.

Tests on these samples reportedly confirmed the remains likely belonged to Deif, but disfigurement left some doubt among his family and associates.

However, after prolonged silence and a complete communication cutoff, Qassam leaders are now convinced Deif was killed."

But here's to the ICC for going after a dead man!

So if you don't know the procedures used by the ICC to determine if a defendant is dead, how can you claim they are failing to follow said procedure?

Is it possible that Hamas might lie and Deif is in hiding, protected by Hamas? how does the ICC address that concern? You can't answer because you know Jack sh!t about how the court verifies claims about a defendant being killed prior to arrest just admit that and move on.

you call them ridiculous but admit you don't know better.
The ICC know better, it's what they do, whining Zionist turd polishers are nothing new and never credible.
So you say the US should say something to the ICC and I show you that it has and you say "who cares." Got it.
That wasn't a communication sent to the ICC it was a rant by a MAGAT posted online.

You are saying that it has a standard different from the statements of testers and people on the inside. You haven't presented any other standard of proof. All I'm pointing out is that there is public claim that he is dead and they are going after him anyway. Maybe there were moves afoot to plan to fake Deif's death so he can evade justice, that's the kind of dastardly scheming the Arabs are quite good at.

Looks like the ICC have decided that "...but we are the chosen people..." has no relevance to this war crimes and crimes against humanity case:
