The International Criminal Court (ICC) is heavily influenced by the politics of the day and the "Bandwagon Effect."
The ICC is funded by both independent contributions from member nations - and - annual budget allocation from the U General Assembly:
A. Programme budget for 2024 1. Approves appropriations totaling €187,084,300 in the appropriation sections described in the following table:
The point is that it is absurd to think that the extreme anti-Israeli (and anti-semantic) elements of the General Assembly do not have a significant impact and influence on the ICC through the purse strings.
