if he had been growing up in this day and age. Hopefully his mother would not have let it happen but, if he was growing up in California today, his mother might not have been able to stop it as California allows boys penises to be chopped off without parental consent. If his mother had tried to stop it they may have taken Arnie away and charged her with child abuse.
