Suppose Trump implements policies different from those of Biden and doesn't push for NATO's further expansion into Eastern Europe. In that case, Putin will be less likely to go to war and this has nothing to do with Trump supposedly being able to intimidate Russia.

The guy was a drug addict, so leaving his laptop at a computer repair shop and forgetting about it is totally plausible as were the pictures on the laptop. The problem was, it was election season, and would couldn't allow that information to come out.
