So Minnesota Supreme Court has said that a woman swinging her titties around town is not sexual in nature, and it's not illegal or indecent exposure to do so.

I say this is proof of the perversion that leftism leads us to. Biologically, boobs are a turn-on for men, and boys. They are basically a "chest-ass", as men are naturally biologically attracted to hip curvature.

Yet, here we have a state justice system seemingly caught up equality so much that they avoid biological differences. This is definitely Tim Walz land.. and let's hope their perversion stays tucked away up in the corner of the midwest.

The only acceptable time a woman should reveal her breasts in public is if she is breastfeeding.

Well, their reasoning fails at several levels:

1. The female breasts function is purely sexual.
2. She exposed them deliberately, so the act was willful.
3. A stripper who dances to arouse people exposed her sexual organs in public willfully in violation of state or federal indecency laws--- case closed. End of discussion. The act was lewd, sexual and indecent.

Just decades of study showing that both men and women universally feel that sexy clothing that is revealing, elicits more sexual arousal in men, more sexual interest, and so, heightened chances that a borderline person will break down and resort to rape or assault.

In fact, most women will tell you they wear sexy, revealing clothing to arouse sexual interest and to be "noticed."

As usual though, I would have thought this common knowledge to any high-school child so, as usual, above and beyond the ken of a leftist, so I expect that you will first deny all of this then finish by adding a funny of dismissal.

Point well made. That is exactly what women are made to do in Muslim countries so as to keep men's minds off of sex. So if men universally admit that sexy revealing clothing arouses their sexual interest, and women usually admit they wear sexy revealing clothes hoping to arouse male sexual interest, and if suppressed sexual interest leads to men raping, attacking or assaulting women more often, they you haven't much of a leg left to stand on, buddy.
