If Austria is about to legalize it, they should do it properly and not like Germany did it.
Here in Germany they legalized it to drain the black market but they did not provide for stores to buy it. That just boosts the black market.
Anyway, the current gov´t plans to undo the legalization.

I say give it a shot. The war on drugs is a stalemate at best, and a losing fight at worst.

Even if we don't want to legalize all of them, legalizing the least problematic ones allows us to concentrate on the worse ones.
